When The Pauses new 12″ arrived at our eardrums, we were naturally more than pleased.  We even caught a few shots of the band celebrating its release, but the good men at Grand National Championships have taken that enthusiasm too another level.

Tonight Alastair St. Hill & co. aired the Orlando, Fla.-based outfits GNC Session, and now video from the live session is available for your eyes to feast on.  The 15-minute clip, which kicks off with the band barelling through an ass-shaking rendition of   “”The Beginnings of Things.”  Rec Centers Melissa Grady joins in for “Formerly,” and the session closes with “Hands Up” and “Don’t Wake Me Up.”
