Watch Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon Perform a Techno Set in Berlin

Bon Iver are currently in Berlin for Michelberger Music, a two-day music and visual arts event that Bon Iver mastermind Justin Vernon helped assemble with the National’s Aaron and Bryce Dessner and the Michelberger Hotel in Berlin. The event focuses on collaborations, with various artists from around the world converging on the Funkhaus studio spaces for shows, impromptu jams, and more. One such jam went down during the first day of the festival, where Vernon linked up with members of the Teenage Engineering team (creators of the OP-1 Portable Synthesizer, an instrument used heavily on the new Bon Iver record 22, A Million) for a live house and techno set. UK rapper Trim also joined them to perform. Check out video from the event below.
