A lot can happen in six years.  For Bryan Childs and his Nine Bullets brand, this last half-decade plus 365 days have seen his little corner of the interwebs blossom into a full-blown radio show (still volunteer-powered people — more on that later) devoted to bringing fans more of the alt-country and generally kickass music that grazes Childs’ ears from time to time.

Last Saturday, as rain beat down on the greater Tampa Bay area, Childs summoned the Nine Bullets faithful to New World Brewery in Ybor City, Fla. to celebrate six years with a musical lineup featuring a who’s who of Florida music.  Will Quinlan & The Diviners, Have Gun Will Travel, Devon Stuart’s Adult Boy’s Thunder Band, Matt Woods, Greenland Is Melting, and Arliss Nancy were all on hand to party and so was Nicole, who has a whole slew of shots to share.  Click the photos below to see galleries of the bands, and support Nine Bullets tonight when they raise funds for WMNF 88.5 FM as a part of the station’s fall membership drive.  More info on that is available here.
