Complete with “Midnight In Paris” samples, Spies on Bikes‘ latest LP has officially arrived to jump start the New Year.  The nine-track effort – Man Overboard — is the hard work of the Bay area’s own Nathan Cochran, and has officially set the bar for the rest of 2012′s local releases.
