It isn’t easy, but do yourself a favor and try to pry yourself away from the one-two punch of “I Don’t Really Want To Be Social” and “Record Store,” which exist right in the heart of Broncho‘s fantastic 2010 LP — Can’t Get Past The Lips (artwork above).  The ten-track offering is a quick play and finds the Oklahoma-based garage pop quartet dropping fuzzy riffs and shout-alongs (“Losers”), flirting with early 80′s punk (“Pick A Fight”), and even blazing through a headbanger or two (“Short Fuse” clocks in at a furious one-minute forty-five seconds).  Don’t let our words convince you though.  Have a listen to the whole shebang below.
