In preparation for the fourth, monolithic Saint Petersburg Noise Fest, the pre-show went off in an underground tunnel somewhere near Central Avenue. With cerebral flow, Pangaea Records creator and sound artist j.thelonious paired with drummer Scott Lockhart of Circumference of the Sun (a band Lockhart described as, “drum and bass – no, literally, like, a drum and a bass”).
